Immel Scholarship Fund

The Immel Scholarship Fund raises money for deserving scholarship recipients of Lomira High School's graduating students as a recognition of their hard work and strong effort to be a good student and a leader in their graduating class. To be eligible you must be enrolled in an accredited college or university as a full-time student and must meet certain requirements with grades, ACT/SAT scores, and the activities they do outside of school.

With the cost of a college education continuing to rise, we are proud to give back and support students who are passionate about their education.

About Me

My name is Kaitlyn Immel and I attended Lomira High School in Lomira Wisconsin. I graduated in May 2018 with a 3.8 G.P.A., with High Honors and was ranked 7th in my class. I held two jobs while attending High School and I participated in many extracurriculars like Choir, Musical Theatre, Bowling, Softball, Select Choir, Forensics, National Honor Society, FBLA, and a few others as well. I now attend the University of Wisconsin Fond du Lac, and plan to be a teacher, my major is Broadfield Natural Science Secondary Ed.

Because I worked hard in school and I stayed determined I was able to obtain about $3,100 in scholarship funds for my freshman year at UW Fond du Lac, that was a little over half of my first year’s in-state tuition costs.

I really wanted to do my part however small it would start off and try to help kids just like me earn a small reward for the hard work they put in and that’s how the Kaitlyn Immel Scholarship Fund arose.
